About Me

 Hi my name is Tracy, I am owner of Positive Vibes located inside of the magical Soul Shine 359 S Mountain Blvd Mountain Top ,PA . I have been teaching yoga since 2013.

After retiring from the corporate world, I dedicated my time to following my passion and love for helping others by continuing my education in Reiki becoming a Reiki Master and Reiki Master Teacher ,certified meditation coach and sound healer.

I am proud military spouse, both my husband and are graduates of Crestwood High School and we reside in my family home in Mountain Top.  I especially enjoy giving back to the community and I am active member of our local Auxiliary Mountain Unit 781.
